Салат «Хрустальный»

Предлагаю рецепт очень эффектного и редкого салата, который непременно произведет впечатление на ваших гостей своим необычным оформлением. При этом салат не только красивый, но вкусный и сытный.

Описание приготовления:

Необычный и вкусный салат "Хрустальный" готовится очень просто. Потребуются продукты, которые всегда есть в доме. Оформление салата простое. Вам нужно развести куриный бульон желатином, отправить его в холод до застывания, а после нарезать кубиками и выложить их на салат. Подавайте салат на праздничный стол.

Ингредиенты:

Курица отварная — 200 Грамм
Бульон куриный — 700 Миллилитров
Яйцо куриное — 2 Штуки
Картофель — 2 Штуки
Огурец соленый — 1 Штука
Лук красный — 0,5 Штуки
Майонез — 3-4 Ст. ложек
Соль — По вкусу
Желатин — 15 Грамм

Количество порций: 3-4

Как приготовить «Салат "Хрустальный"»

Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления салата.

Прежде всего приготовьте "хрусталь". Желатин залейте 2-3 столовым ложками холодного куриного бульона. Дайте набухнуть в течение 10 минут. После добавьте в горячий, прозрачный, подсоленный куриный бульон. Перемешивайте до полного растворения желатина. В любую плоскую форму налейте бульон с желатином так, чтобы толщина слоя была 1,3-1,5 сантиметра. Отправьте в холод.

Пока "хрусталь" застывает, приготовьте салат. Картофель сварите в "мундире", охладите, очистите и натрите на терке. В салатник постелите пищевую пленку, чтобы края её свисали. Выложите в салатник картофель.

Смажьте слой картофеля майонезом.

Красный репчатый лук или любой салатный очистите, помойте и мелко нарежьте. Выложите вторым слоем салата.

Соленый или маринованный огурец выложите на слой лука.

Отварную курицу мелко нарежьте и выложите на огурцы. Если вы варили курицу в несоленом бульоне, то посолите этот слой. Смажьте майонезом.

Яйца сварите вкрутую, охладите, очистите и мелко нарежьте. Выложите последним слоем салата.

Смажьте слой яиц майонезом.

Аккуратно переверните салатник на тарелку и снимите пищевую пленку. Смажьте весь салат майонезом.

Пришло время "хрусталя". Достаньте из холодильника застывший бульон с желатином. Нарежьте бульон кубиками со стороной 1,5-2 сантиметра. Выложите кубики бульона на салат.

Салат "Хрустальный" готов. Подавайте на праздничный стол.
