Делюсь рецептом овощного салата, который можно легко и просто заготовить на зиму. Все овощи в нем нарезаны кубиками, а набор и соотношение вы можете подобрать на свой вкус.
Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить салат "Кубик" на зиму. В салат также можно добавить стебель сельдерея и баклажан. Количество сахара и соли лучше регулируйте по вкусу. Салат получается вкусным, ароматным и сочным. Зимой остаётся только открыть баночку готово салата и наслаждаться вкусом!

Нарежьте репчатый лук, морковь, сладкий перец, кабачки и цукини кубиками.
Для маринада смешайте растительное масло с уксусом, добавьте сахар и соль. Чеснок мелко порубите и добавьте в маринад. Ещё раз перемешайте. Переложите овощи в глубокую кастрюлю. Залейте маринадом. Оставьте на 1-2 часа, чтобы овощи пустили сок.
Поставьте кастрюлю с овощами на средний огонь и доведите до кипения. Проварите 15 минут под закрытой крышкой.
Разложите горячий салат по чистым стерилизованным банкам. Закрутите плотно крышки, банки переверните вверх дном и укутайте в кухонное полотенце. Оставьте так до полного остывания.
После заготовку можно убрать в тёмное и прохладное место на хранение. Салат "Кубик" готов. Источник
