Простой, бюджетный и вкусный салат на скорую руку. Салат получается довольно питательный, поэтому его можно подать на стол не только как дополнение к основным блюдам, но и как самостоятельную закуску.
Описание приготовления:
В домашнем погребке найдется все необходимое, а если у вас такой возможности нет, то необходимые ингредиенты можно купить практически в любом магазине. Салат не хлопотный и не затратный по продуктам, выручит в любой ситуации. Соленые огурцы можно заменить на любые маринованные грибочки, получается не менее удачный вариант. Хорошо такая закуска подходит к мясу, но и в качестве самостоятельного блюдо тоже будет отлично смотреться на любом столе. Попробуйте!

Картофель — 3 Штуки (сваренный в мундире)
Капуста квашеная — 300 Грамм
Огурец соленый — 2 Штуки
Лук — 1 Штука
Растительное масло — 2-3 Ст. ложек
Количество порций: 6-8
Как приготовить «Салат "Погребок"»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Картофель заранее сварите в мундире и дайте остыть.
Капусту отожмите и переложите в глубокую миску. Если капуста сильно кислая, то ее лучше предварительно промыть.
Картофель очистите, нарежьте небольшими кубиками и добавьте к капусте.
Огурцы нарежьте небольшими кубиками и добавьте к остальным ингредиентам.
Лук нарежьте полукольцами. Чтобы лук не горчил, его можно предварительно обдать кипятком или замариновать с добавлением соли, сахара и уксуса.
Заправьте салат маслом, подойдет как обычное растительное, так и любое ароматное. Если необходимо, можно добавить немного соли и молотого перца. Хорошо все перемешайте.
