Салат с говядиной и киви

Предлагаю рецепт необычного мясного салата с дольками киви. Такой салат будет украшением праздничного стола и порадует своим нежным вкусом. Попробуйте, рецепт простой!

Описание приготовления:

Для салата можно использовать заправку из натурального йогурта или майонез. В йогурт добавляем немного соли, перец, по желанию, горчицу и пряные травы. Все перемешиваем. Морковь можно почистить и отварить вместе с говядиной.

Мясо / Говядина / Фрукты / Киви

Ингредиенты:

Говядина отварная — 250 Грамм
Морковь — 1 Штука
Яйца — 4 Штуки
Салат "Айсберг" — 1 Часть
Киви — 2 Штуки
Йогурт натуральный 10% — 250 Миллилитров (или майонез)
Лук зеленый — 1 Пучок
Перец черный — 1 Щепотка
Соль — 1 Щепотка

Количество порций: 4-6

Как приготовить «Салат с говядиной и киви»

Подготовим ингредиенты. Говядину, морковь и яйца отвариваем заранее.

Листья салата "Айсберг" разделяем на кусочки и выкладываем на большую плоскую тарелку.

Вареную говядину нарезаем мелко и высыпаем на салат. Добавляем заправку из йогурта.

Киви нарезаем небольшими кусочками и кладем сверху.

Добавляем тертую морковь и йогурт.

Посыпаем нарезанным зеленым луком.

Вареные яйца разделяем на желтки и белки. Белок натираем на терке и высыпаем на салат. Добавляем заправку.

Следующим слоем высыпаем тертый желток. На желток кладем дольки киви. Салат готов! Приятного аппетита!

Совет от повара:

Салат подаем охлажденным. Если используете майонез, выбирайте не слишком густой.
