Расскажу сегодня, как приготовить шашлык из кабачков и баклажанов на мангале. Такой вкусный и полезный шашлык можно подать как гарнир к мясу или как самостоятельное блюдо с любым любимым соусом.
Описание приготовления:
Если хочется на пикник чего-нибудь эдакого, присмотритесь к этому рецепту. Для особых ценителей могу предложить чередовать овощи с беконом, грудинкой или салом, получается ну очень вкусно! Не используйте слишком спелые или мягкие овощи, отдайте предпочтение более твердым или недозрелым плодам. Шашлык из овощей будет вкусен как в теплом, так и в остывшем виде. Поджаренные овощи выложите на блюдо и полейте сверху соусом. А чтобы шашлык был еще интереснее, можно добавить и других овощей (томаты, перец и т.д.).

Ингредиенты:
Баклажан — 2 Штуки
Кабачок — 1 Штука (небольшой)
Чеснок — 0,5 Штуки (половина головки, можно больше)
Майонез — 2 Ст. ложки
Соевый соус — 1 Ст. ложка
Прованские травы — По вкусу (или любые другие специи)
Кабачки нарежьте примерно такими же кружками. Количество и размер кабачка должен соответствовать количеству и размеру баклажанов.
Соедините майонез, соевый соус, рубленую зелень, пропущенный через пресс чеснок и специи. Добавьте соль по вкусу и все перемешайте.
Натрите каждый кружочек овощей получившимся соусом. Оставьте мариноваться минимум на 30 минут.
Нанизайте овощи на шампуры, чередуя друг с другом. Обжаривайте до желаемой степени готовности, периодически переворачивая.
Шашлык из кабачков и баклажанов готов. В результате получаем сочные и одновременно нежные овощи, которые можно подавать на стол как самостоятельное блюдо или как гарнир к мясу. Приятного аппетита!
