Сочный шашлык с хрустящей корочкой можно приготовить из свинины на мангале или на гриле. Для этого вам потребуется минимум ингредиентов и водка! Именно она будет отвечать за прожаренность мяса!
Описание приготовления:
Не бойтесь добавлять в маринад водку, алкоголь испарится при жарке мяса на шампурах, но подарит шашлыку румяную корочку. Благодаря ей мякоть внутри останется сочной и нежной на вкус. Приправы можно подбирать по своему вкусу.

Подчеревок свиной — 700 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Водка — 50 Миллилитров
Приправа для шашлыка — 2 Ст. ложки
Соль — 2 Щепотки
Перец черный молотый — 2 Щепотки
Количество порций: 2-3
Как приготовить «Шашлык из свинины с луком и водкой»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Чтобы получить сочный и жирный шашлык, приобретите свиной подчеревок. Если хотите более мягкий шашлык, то свиную шею.
Мясо промойте в воде, обсушите бумажными салфетками. Нарежьте порционными кусочками и выложите в глубокую емкость. Лук очистите и промойте, нарежьте кружочками. Добавьте в емкость вместе с солью, молотым черным перцем и приправой. Влейте водку и тщательно все перемешайте.
Оставьте на 1-2 часа для маринования при комнатной температуре. Если шашлык запланирован на более позднее время, то поместите мясо в холодильник. Но обязательно достаньте мясо за полчаса до начала обжаривания, чтобы оно прогрелось.
Раскалите угли на мангале или гриле, нанизайте мясо на шампуры поочередно с кольцами лука.
Обжарьте шашлыки примерно 15-20 минут, время от времени переворачивая для равномерного приготовления. Разрежьте кусочек мяса, проверьте его на готовность, сок в нем должен быть прозрачным. Снимите красочный шашлык с мангала и сразу же подайте к столу с соусами. Источник
