Шницели из индейки со спаржей, пошаговый рецепт с фото

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

шницели из индейки 4 шт.
зелёная спаржа
яйцо 2 шт.
мука для панировки
пармезан 50 г
панировочные сухари
соль, перец
масло для жарки (растительное или оливковое)

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Слегка отбить шницели, посолить, поперчить и в каждом сделать по несколько надрезов, чтобы они были вертикально симметричными

Шаг 2

Приготовить зелёную спаржу: очистить 1/3 нижней части с помощью овощечистки, помыть и разрезать вдоль острым ножом на две равные части

Половинку стебля спаржи вдевать в проделанные в шницеле надрезы так, чтобы не сломать стебель спаржи.

Шаг 4

В отдельных мисках приготовить муку для планирования, в другой взбить два яйца; в третьей смешать сухари с 50 гр натертого на мелкой терке пармезана.

Шаг 5

Разогреть скороходу с маслом.
Готовый шницель обваливать в муке, затем во взбитом яйце и на последовал в сухарях с пармезаном.

Шаг 6

Обжарить с двух сторон до золотистого цвета.
