Сливочный суп из форели, пошаговый рецепт с фото

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

форель или сёмга — 450 гр.
картофель — 500 гр.
лук — 1 шт.
масло сливочное — 20 гр.
сливки — 200 мл.
лавровый лист — 2 шт.
перец чёрный горошком — 4 шт.
соль по вкусу
перец по вкусу

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

В 3 л. кастрюлю налить воды, положить кусок форели, поставить на огонь, добавить лавровый лист, перец горошком и после закипания варить 20 минут.

Картофель очистить и порезать кубиками. Лук очистить и порезать мелко, обжарить на сковородке на сливочном масле.

Шаг 3

Вынимаем форель из бульона и даём остыть. В бульон отправляем картофель и варим его 20 минут.

Шаг 4

Отделить филе форели от костей и кожи и порезать филе на кусочки.

Шаг 5

Отправляем форель к картофелю, затем добавляем обжаренный лук и выливаем сливки (сливки чтоб не свернулись, нужно немного разбавить бульоном и затем влить) Солим и варим ещё 3 минуты под крышкой на маленьком огне.

Шаг 6

Готово! Подаём порционно и посыпаем рубленой зеленью. Приятного аппетита!
