Малина и ревень прекрасно дополняют друг друга. Малина дает нежный аромат, а ревень текстуру и кислинку. Берите на заметку мой рецепт вкусного варенья!
Описание приготовления:
Варенье из малины и ревеня получается густым, с терпкой кислинкой и восхитительным малиновым ароматом. Малину можно взять перезревшую, но не испорченную, все равно ягодки в нем почти не остаются. Варенье прекрасно подойдет для выпечки, десертов или просто попить чай. Оно прекрасно хранится в условиях квартиры в темном месте.
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления варенья из малины с ревенем. Ягоды малины переберите, сполосните и дайте полностью стечь воде.
Ревень вымойте и очистите от верхней оболочки, порежьте черешки на кусочки и выложите в миску.
Засыпьте ревень сахаром и оставьте все на 8 часов для выделения сока.
Поставьте кастрюлю с ревенем на средний огонь и варите 20 минут, убавив огонь.
Добавьте ягоды малины, перемешайте.
Варите 10 минут, снимая пену, отключите огонь и дайте полностью остыть.
Поставьте снова на медленный огонь и варите еще 7-10 минут после закипания.
Банки и крышки тщательно вымойте в горячей воде. Крышки прокипятите в течение 5 минут на среднем огне, а банки стерилизуйте любым удобным способом, байте банкам обсохнуть. Разложите горячее варенье по банкам, закройте и дайте полностью остыть.
