Хочу поделиться рецептом веганского блинного торта. Без использования молочных продуктов и яиц. Берите на заметку рецепт!

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить веганский блинный торт. Овсяное молоко можно заменить на любое другое растительное. Кокосовые сливки для крема должны быть жирностью не меньше 30%, перед приготовлением подержите их в холодильнике сутки. Крем готовится на основе кокосовых сливок, которым промазываются шоколадные блинчики, а сверху торт покрывается шоколадным ганашем. Получается очень вкусно!

Ингредиенты:

Мука — 250 Грамм
Вода — 200 Миллилитров
Овсяное молоко — 400 Миллилитров
Какао-порошок — 2 Ст. ложки
Сахар — 1 Чайная ложка
Соль — 1/3 Чайных ложки
Кокосовые сливки — 300 Миллилитров (200 мл. — для крема, 100 мл. — для шоколадного ганаша)
Шоколад — 100 Грамм
Сахарная пудра — 50-90 Грамм
Масло растительное — 1 Ст. ложка

Как приготовить «Веганский блинный торт»

Подготовьте все ингредиенты.

В глубокой миске смешайте муку, какао-порошок, сахар и соль.

Влейте овсяное молоко, воду и растительное масло. Взбейте миксером тесто, чтобы не оставалось комочков.

Разогрейте сковороду на среднем огне, слегка смажьте маслом. Выпекайте блины до готовности.

Готовые блины сложите стопочкой. Обрежьте с помощью тарелки, чтобы они были одинакового диаметра и ровными краями.

Подготовьте кокосовые сливки, шоколад и сахарную пудру для крема.

Взбейте 200 мл. кокосовых сливок с сахарной пудрой. Количество сахара регулируйте на свой вкус.

Промажьте блины получившимся кремом, уберите в холодильник на пару часов.

Оставшиеся 100 мл. кокосовых сливок подогрейте на водяной бане, добавьте измельченный шоколад. Перемешайте до однородности, пока шоколад полностью не растворится.

Смажьте верхушку и бока торта шоколадным кремом. Уберите в холодильник на 15-20 минут.
