Ганаш — это крем из жирных сливок и шоколада, который используют для украшения тортов или начинки конфет. Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить веганский ганаш.

Описание приготовления:

Шоколад используется обычный темный, без молочного жира и сухого молока в составе. Кокосовые сливки нужны не менее 30% жирности в составе, их можно заменить на растительные сливки для взбивания. По желанию в ганаш можно добавить сахар, если хотите вариант послаще. Ганаш получается очень нежный и вкусный, он отлично сочетается со свежими ягодами и фруктами.
