Описание приготовления:
Приготовить закусочные слойки со шпротами, луком и яйцом несложно, а в итоге вы получите очень оригинальную закусочную выпечку, способную украсить любое торжество. Для сочности можно добавить в начинку несколько кружочков солёного огурца или немного майонеза. Благодаря тому, что используется уже готовое слоёное тесто, вам не придётся стоять долго у плиты. Ингредиенты:
Тесто слоёное — 250 Грамм (у меня дрожжевое)
Шпроты — 1 Банка
Яйцо варёное — 2-3 Штук
Лук зелёный — По вкусу
Соль — По вкусу
Перец чёрный молотый — По вкусу
Желток — 1 Штука (для смазывания)
Кунжут — По вкусу (по желанию)
Количество порций: 8-10
Как приготовить «Закусочные слойки со шпротами, луком и яйцом»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Яйца отварите и дайте остыть. Тесто достаньте из холодильника за 50-60 минут, чтобы оно разморозилось.
На рабочей поверхности, присыпанной мукой, раскатайте тесто в форме прямоугольника, толщиной около 3 мм. и нарежьте его на небольшие прямоугольники или квадраты. У меня обычно выходит 8-10 штук.
По центру выложите кружочек варёного яйца, посолите и поперчите по вкусу.
Посыпьте яйца рубленым луком. Можно использовать репчатый, но тогда его лучше предварительно обдать кипятком, чтобы убрать горечь.
Сверху выложите по 1-2 шпроты, в зависимости от размера.
Края теста смажьте с двух сторон водой и соедините. Прижмите место шва по бокам руками.
Переложите слойки на противень застеленный пергаментом. Я ещё дополнительно сделала на поверхности насечки ножом. Смажьте тесто желтком и посыпьте кунжутом. Выпекайте в разогретой до 200 градусов духовке около 15 минут.
