Готовим маринованные помидоры по-фински на зиму. Такие помидоры отлично подойдут к любому гарниру и блюдам из мяса. Они получаются чуть сладковатыми, ароматным и очень вкусными!

Гвоздика — 4-5 Штук

Помидоры помойте, нарежьте четвертинками. Удалите плодоножку.

На дно каждой чистой стерилизованной банки выложите 1-2 гвоздики, 3 штуки душистого перца и 5 горошин черного перца.

Добавьте половину лука.

Заполните банку помидорами. Укладывать нужно плотно, но не мять томаты.

Сверху выложите вторую половину лука.

Для маринада вскипятите воду с сахаром. После закипания добавьте уксус.

Влейте горячий маринад. Прикройте банку крышкой и стерилизуйте 5 минут в воде после закипания. Плотно закрутите, переверните и оставьте так до полного остывания.

Помидоры по-фински на зиму готовы. Храните заготовку в прохладном месте.
