Простая, но очень вкусная выпечка на скорую руку. Приготовить заливной пирог с баклажанами можно как к семейному чаепитию, так и в качестве перекуса.

Выпечка получается очень нежная, сытная и вкусная. Готовится из минимумов ингредиентов, а результат превосходный. Ингредиенты:
Молоко — 150 Миллилитров
Яйцо — 1 Штука
Мука — 100 Грамм
Баклажан — 1 Штука
Помидор — 1 Штука
Разрыхлитель теста — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Сыр — 50 Грамм
Растительное масло — 30 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу
Перец чёрный молотый — По вкусу
Кунжут — По вкусу
Количество порций: 4-6
Как приготовить «Заливной пирог с баклажанами»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Баклажаны нарежьте брусочками и обжарьте до мягкости. Посолите и поперчите по вкусу.
Перемешайте всё до однородного состояния. Тесто готово.
Форму для выпечки смажьте маслом (у меня примерно 17 на 11 см.), присыпьте мукой или манкой. Вылейте половину порции теста и сверху распределите обжаренные баклажаны.
Посыпьте баклажаны половиной тёртого сыра.
Полейте оставшимся тестом и сверху выложите нарезанные кубиками помидоры, посолите и поперчите по вкусу.
Посыпьте остатками сыра и кунжутом. Запекайте в духовке при температуре 180 градусов около 30 минут.
Заливной пирог с баклажанами готов. Подавать можно как в тёплом, так и в остывшем виде.
