По этому рецепту вы можете запечь любой вид мяса, который больше всего любите. Если будете использовать куриное филе, тогда время приготовления можно сократить. Овощи в состав также можно включать любые, в зависимости от сезона.

Свиная корейка — 300 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 50 Грамм
Морковь — 50 Грамм
Кабачок — 100 Грамм
Помидор — 1 Штука
Чеснок — 1 Зубчик
Масло растительное — 1 Чайная ложка
Соль — По вкусу
Перец — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Запечённое мясо с овощами в пергаменте»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты. Лук, чеснок и морковь почистите, помойте вместе со свининой, помидором и кабачком. Я в этот раз сняла кожицу и с кабачка.
Корейку надрежьте с одной стороны, разверните ее книжкой, прикройте пищевой пленкой и слегка отбейте специальным молотком. Мясо посолите и поперчите.
Отрежьте большой кусок пергамента, для удобства я сложила его вдвое. Смажьте бумагу слегка растительным маслом, выложите на него отбитое мясо, посыпьте его нарезанным луком с морковью и нарубленным чесноком.
Кабачок нарежьте тонкими кружочками, выложите следующим слоем, чуть посолите и поперчите.
У помидора удалите место плодоножки, нарежьте мякоть тонкими ломтиками и выложите на слой кабачков.
Заверните мясо в пергамент в виде конверта, несколько раз подогните края. Переложите свинину с овощами на противень и отправьте в предварительно разогретую до 190 градусов духовку на 50-60 минут в режиме "Верх-низ".
Спустя время аккуратно разрежьте пергамент, чтобы не обжечься паром. Переложите мясо с овощами на плоскую тарелку с помощью кухонной лопатки.
