Блины без глютена на кефире

Блины по этому рецепту получаются очень мягкими и с большим количеством дырочек. Подавать готовые блинчики можно с любыми фруктовыми джемами или со сгущенкой.

Описание приготовления:

Для приготовления этих блинов вместо обычной пшеничной муки используется рисовая. Именно благодаря ей, блины получаются без глютена. Берите на заметку рецепт!

Яйцо — 1 Штука
Кефир — 0,5 Стакана
Соль — 1 Щепотка
Сода — 1 Щепотка
Мука рисовая — 3-4 Ст. ложек
Масло растительное — 3 Миллилитра

Количество порций: 1-2

В миску влейте кефир, и вбейте яйцо. Добавьте соль.

Затем добавьте соду.

Хорошо перемешайте все венчиком.

Добавьте рисовую муку и снова хорошо все перемешайте. В тесте комочков быть не должно.

Сковороду смажьте растительным маслом. Налейте половину половника теста. Крутите сковороду, пока тесто по ней не разбежится.

Жарьте блин на среднем огне до румяного цвета с двух сторон.
