Бостонский клюквенный пирог

Мягкий, вкусный, с кислинкой ягод, бостонский клюквенный пирог станет одним из любимых в вашем доме. Готовится он просто, получается не сухим, с сочной шапочкой из клюквы и орехов.

Описание приготовления:

Пирог получается довольно сытный, поэтому если нужен пирог на небольшое количество людей, сделайте половину порции. Его можно готовить и с замороженной клюквой. Ее не нужно размораживать, но лучше перемешать с одной чайной ложкой крахмала. Орехи можно немного поджарить, тогда их аромат будет сильнее.

Ингредиенты:

Мука пшеничная — 130 Грамм
Яйцо — 3 Штуки
Сахар — 1,5 Стакана (1 стакан — в тесто, 1/2 стакана — в начинку)
Масло сливочное — 150 Грамм
Разрыхлитель — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Клюква — 300 Грамм
Орехи грецкие — 80 Грамм
Сахарная пудра — 1 Чайная ложка
Ванильный сахар — 10 Чайных ложек

Как приготовить «Бостонский клюквенный пирог»

Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления бостонского клюквенного пирога. Ягоды переберите, сполосните и обсушите.

Форму для запекания диаметром 24 сантиметра застелите бумагой для выпечки. Насыпьте на дно сухую клюкву и разровняйте.

Орехи крупно порубите и выложите поверх клюквы.

Равномерно посыпьте ягоды и орехи сахаром.

В глубокую миску выложите мягкое сливочное масло, яйца и сахар. Взбивайте все миксером на высоких оборотах в течение 4 минут.

Муку смешайте с разрыхлителем и просейте в миску со взбитой массой.

Аккуратно замесите тесто.

Выложите тесто поверх ягод и орехов, разровняйте.

Накройте сверху форму фольгой и поставьте в горячую духовку и выпекайте в течение 40 минут при температуре 180 градусов. Спустя время достаньте пирог из духовки и уберите фольгу.

Верните пирог обратно в духовку и выпекайте еще 10 минут.

Достаньте пирог из духовки, переверните на тарелку и аккуратно снимите бумагу. Полностью остудите пирог.

Посыпьте верх бостонского клюквенного пирога сахарной пудрой и подавайте к столу.
