Самая вкусная закуска для обжаренного мяса на пикнике — это малосольные кабачки и огурцы! Готовится такой салат легко и просто, с добавлением свежего укропа и сушеного молотого либо свежего чеснока.
Описание приготовления:
Сочная закуска из овощей идеально подойдет для шашлыка или блюд, приготовленных на гриле, на мангале. Желательно готовить ее в глубокой емкости, так как нарезки выделят очень много сока. По желанию можно дополнить блюдо свежей зеленью петрушки, зеленого лука, чеснока.

Огурец свежий — 3-4 Штук
Кабачок — 2 Штуки
Укроп — 1/2 Пучка
Соль — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Чеснок сушеный — 3-4 Щепоток (или 2 зубчика свежего)

Как приготовить «Быстрые малосольные огурцы с кабачками»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Промойте овощи в воде, срежьте хвостики с обеих сторон плодов.
Нарежьте огурцы и кабачки кружочками толщиной не более 1 см.
Если вы готовите закуску для выезда на пикник, то делайте ее в целлофановом пакете, так вам будет проще взять ее с собой. Если для обеда или ужина, то просто пересыпьте нарезки в глубокую емкость. Промойте укроп и измельчите, добавьте к нарезкам.
Всыпьте соль, сушеный молотый чеснок. По желанию можете спрессовать очищенные зубчики свежего чеснока или обойтись без него.
Аккуратно перемешайте все содержимое емкости или пакета и отправьте в холодильник на 1-2 часа. За это время соль вытянет из нарезки сок и она втянет в себя соль.
