Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить цыганский постный борщ. В конце для кислинки в суп можно добавить лимонный сок по вкусу. Вместо консервированной фасоли можно использовать нут. Получается густой, наваристый суп, который отлично насыщает. Подавать его можно с соевой сметаной или постным майонезом.

Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
