ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

  • 200 г сухой длинной рисовой вермишели (фунчоза)
  • 1 л растительного масла для фритюра
  • манговый сорбет без сахара для подачи

Для соуса:

  • 500 г ягодного ассорти (клубника, голубика, черешня)
  • 200 мл осветленного яблочного сока
