Драники с мачанкой — старинное блюдо белорусской кухни. Драники — оладьи из картофеля. Мачанка — своеобразный соус, как дополнение к драникам. Блюдо очень сытное, достаточно жирное и вкусное.

Готовятся драники с мачанкой очень просто. Мачанка — происходит от слова "макать". Рецептов этого соуса немало. Есть чисто мясная мачанка из колбасных изделий и сала. А есть молочная из творога со сметаной. Я предлагаю нечто среднее. Сразу скажу, блюдо очень калорийное и с точки зрения современных тенденций, не очень полезное. Но если вы его любите, то изредка можно себе позволить.

Как приготовить «Драники с мачанкой»
Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления драников с мачанкой.
Готовим драники. Картофель и одну луковицу очистите и помойте. И то и другое натрите на самой мелкой терке или измельчите в блендере до консистенции кашицы. Выложите в дуршлаг и хорошо отожмите от сока с помощью ложки. После переложите в миску. Добавьте столовую ложку сметаны.
