Грушевое “масло” с корицей, пошаговый рецепт с фото

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

2 кг ароматных груш (можно твердых или наоборот очень спелых)
сахар (нужно взвесить позже)
2 палочки корицы

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Груши нарежьте на 4-6 частей, не очищая ни от кожуры, ни от сердцевины.

Положите в кастрюлю, влейте 2 стакана холодной воды, добавьте корицу, доведите до кипения и варите под крышкой до абсолютной мягкости, 20-25 мин.

Шаг 3

Протрите груши через сито и взвесьте получившееся пюре. Смешайте с сахаром в соотношении 1:1. Поставьте на небольшой огонь и варите, часто помешивая, до коричневого цвета – масса должна быть довольно густой, примерно 1 ч.

Шаг 4

Разложите по стерилизованным банкам и закатайте, если хотите.
