Зеленый лук очистите, тонко нашинкуйте вместе с луковицей. Ветчину мелко нарежьте.

В чаше соедините картофельное пюре, нарезанную ветчину, зеленый лук с луковицей и щепоткой перца, посолите, если нужно, перемешайте.

Сформируйте из фарша круглые котлеты толщиной 1 см. Высыпьте на тарелку муку и обваляйте в ней котлеты, стряхивая излишки муки.

В сковороде разогрейте растительное масло на среднем огне и обжарьте котлеты порциями, по 5 минут, перевернув один раз, до образования золотистой корочки.

Подавайте горячими со сметаной.
