Описание приготовления:
Для того, чтобы приготовить хачапури с помидорами, понадобиться молоко, вода, дрожжи, сахар, соль, яйцо, мука, помидор, сыр и растительное масло. Многие, как только видят, что нужно приготовить дрожжевое тесто, сразу ищут другой рецепт, а очень напрасно. Тесто для хачапури готовится достаточно просто и не потребует от вас каких-то особых навыков и умений. Такие лепешки получаются очень вкусные и сытные. Если хотите разнообразить ваше повседневное меню, то обязательно приготовьте хачапури с помидорами.

Приготовьте опару. В теплой воде смешайте дрожжи, сахар и оставьте на 20 минут.
В глубокой емкости смешайте муку с солью.
К муке вбейте яйцо, добавьте молоко, масло и опару.
Замесите тесто и поставьте его в теплое место на 2 часа.
Разделите тесто на несколько частей. Возьмите одну часть, тонко раскатайте, в середину выложите начинку из помидора и сыра. Края теста смажьте кисточкой смоченной в воде и слепите в бутон. Переверните лепешку и раскатайте ее.
Выложите лепешки на противень и отправьте в предварительно разогретую духовку до 180 градусов на 25 минут.
