Вкуснейший соус из самых простых ингредиентов! Хреновина (горлодер, огонёк, хренодер) на зиму без уксуса и варки. Простой и классический процесс заготовки.
Описание приготовления:
Острый и пикантный соус на зиму из помидоров, хрена и чеснока. Заготовка получается необыкновенно вкусная и ароматная, оценят её непременно не только мужчины. С домашними пельмешками, макаронами, отварным картофелем, да и просто с хлебушком уйдёт на ура, непременно попробуйте! Приготовить хреновину без уксуса на зиму очень просто. Соус готовится без добавления уксуса и какой-либо термической обработки, но при этом он отлично хранится всю зиму.

Помидоры промойте, обсушите, разрежьте на части и пропустите через мясорубку. Я шкурку снимаю, так как помидоры достаточно спелые, то сделать это очень просто, но по желанию шкурку можете оставить.
Корень хрена и чеснок пропустите через мясорубку. Добавьте к помидорам.
Добавьте соль и сахар. Перемешайте. Отрегулируйте на соль если необходимо и дайте настояться 30 минут.
Разложите соус по стерилизованным банкам и закрутите стерильными крышками. Хреновина без уксуса на зиму готова.
Храните соус в холодильнике. Несмотря на то, что помидоры и хрен сами по себе прекрасные консерванты, хранить желательно хреновину не более полугода. Удачных вам заготовок!
