Морковники или оладьи из моркови часто подают на завтрак или полдник. Даже самые маленькие привереды уплетают их за обе щеки. Вкусные, пышные и мягкие! Можно приготовить сладкий вариант морковников и подавать их с медом, сгущенкой или сметаной. Очень рекомендую разнообразить ваши завтраки интересными и вкусными оладушками!

Ингредиенты:
Морковь сырая — 400 Грамм
Яйца куриные — 2 Штуки
Манная крупа — 2-3 Ст. ложек
Молоко — 100 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу
Масло растительное — 2-3 Ст. ложек (для жарки)
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Оладьи из моркови "Морковники"»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Манную крупу можно заменить на муку, по желанию. Молоко, если хотите, то замените на кефир или сметану, тоже будет вкусно.
Морковь очистите и натрите на мелкой терке, добавьте соль.
Вбейте куриные яйца и влейте молоко. Перемешайте тщательно массу.
Всыпьте манную крупу.
Перемешайте хорошо тесто.
В сковороде разогрейте масло, ложкой выложите морковную массу в виде оладий, убавьте нагрев до ниже среднего и жарьте под крышкой с двух сторон по 3-4 минуты.
Готовые оладьи подавайте со сметаной.
