Смузи из киви и клубники

Предлагаю вам приготовить смузи из киви и клубники — ароматный и вкусный напиток, который понравится взрослым и деткам. Смузи можно смело считать сытным перекусом. Наш вариант готовим на молоке.

Описание приготовления:

За основу можно также использовать питьевой йогурт, сок или просто фрукты, ягоды. Если вам недостаточно сладости, смузи можно подсластить медом или небольшим количеством сахара. Подавать смузи можно на завтрак или полдник.

Фрукты / Киви / Ягоды / Клубника

Напитки / Смузи

Ингредиенты:

Киви — 1 Штука
Клубника — 150 Грамм
Молоко — 200 Миллилитров

Киви очистите и ополосните, нарежьте произвольно. Клубнику также подготовьте. Можно использовать как свежую, так и замороженную клубнику.

Подготовьте блендер с насадкой "нож". Переложите в блендер клубнику и клубнику.

Залейте в блендер молоко.

Измельчите все компоненты до однородности. При желании добавьте сахар или мед.

Перелейте смузи в стакан и подавайте к столу.
