Описание приготовления:
Выбирая индейку для блюда, отдайте предпочтение филе или бескостному мясу бедра. Очень важно, чтобы мясо было без пленок и прожилок. Для сырного соуса необходим именно плавленый сыр, сыросодержащий продукт может испортить соус. Могут появиться хлопья и отторжение воды. Количество сельдерея можно варьировать по вкусу. Возьмите во внимание эти нюансы и блюдо вас порадует своим вкусом.

Горячие блюда
В сотейнике разогрейте растительное масло, опустите индейку. Обжаривайте в течение 5-7 минут, перемешивая.
После добавьте морковь и лук. Перемешайте. Прикройте крышкой. Тушите все вместе 10 минут.
По истечении времени добавьте сельдерей. Перемешайте. Добавьте соль, перец по вкусу. Тушите в течение 5-7 минут.
В чашечке соедините плавленый сыр и молоко. Хорошо размешайте до однородного состояния.
Влейте сырную массу в сотейник с индейкой и овощами. Помешивайте на умеренном огне до загустения. Убавьте огонь до минимального, прикройте крышкой и прогрейте 3-5 минут. После снимите с огня.
