Такой салат можно подать как на обед для взрослых, так и на праздничный стол для любителей острого. Чем дольше он стоит, тем вкуснее получается. Но перед тем, как убрать салат в холодильник, плотно закройте посуду, чтобы холодильник не пропитался запахом редьки.

Редька — 150 Грамм (зеленая)
Паприка — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Кориандр — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Перец черный — По вкусу
Чеснок — 1 Зубчик
Уксус рисовый — 1 Чайная ложка
Соль — По вкусу
Сахар — По вкусу
Масло растительное — 1 Ст. ложка

Как приготовить «Зеленая редька по-корейски»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления зеленой редьки по-корейски.
Редьку вымойте и очистите от кожуры. Затем редьку натрите на терке для корейской моркови или порежьте тонкой соломкой. Сложите ее в миску.
Все посолите, поперчите и добавьте 1/2 чайной ложки сахара.
В миску с редькой влейте рисовый уксус и перемешайте.
Влейте растительное масло в миску с зеленой редькой.
Чеснок почистите и измельчите, добавьте в салатник и все перемешайте. Доведите до вкуса солью и сахаром. Закройте салатник и уберите в холодильник на одни сутки.
