  • кабачки 1 шт.
  • яйца куриные 3 шт.
  • мука 250 г
  • зелень укропа, петрушки 1 пучок
  • чеснок 1 шт.
  • соль
  • карри
  • перец черный свежемолотый
  • перец чили молотый
  • масло для жарки 2 ст.л.
  • помидоры черри 13 шт.
  • сыр пармезан 0,5 стакана

Для соуса:

  • сметана 20% 250 г
  • чеснок 1 шт.
  • паприка молотая
  • соль
  • зелень кинзы

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Кабачковый рулет, пошаговый рецепт с фото

Кабачок помыть, разрезать, удалить семечки. Натереть на крупной терке, отжать сок.

В емкость с кабачками разбить яйца, добавить тертый на мелкой терке чеснок, карри, черный перец и чили для остроты, немного зелени укропа и петрушки. Все перемешать и постепенно добавить муку. Еще раз перемешать до однородной массы.

Противень застелить пергаментной бумагой, смазать ее слегка растительным маслом. Выложить на неё кабачковое тесто и разровнять в тонкий пласт. Поместить в разогретую духовку 180*С на 20 минут. В режим «верх — низ + вентилятор».

Соус: сметана, чеснок, паприка, зелень, соль.

Сверху обмазать сметаной и посыпать тертым сыром. Украсить по своему вкусу. Я использовала помидоры черри и веточку петрушки. Кабачковый рулет готов!

Полезный совет

Чтобы рулет красиво выглядел — смажьте соусом ту сторону пласта, которая лежала на пергаменте. Тогда кабачковый рулет будет имет ровную, красивую поверхность — личный опыт.

Хозяйке на заметку

Масло для смазывания пергамента — лучше взять оливковое для жарки.
