Нежное, тающее во рту пюре из картофеля с удовольствием попробуют и взрослые, и дети. Его можно предложить даже маленьким деткам от года. По желанию при варке можно добавить лавровый лист или специи.
Описание приготовления:
Вкусное пюре можно подать к столу с различными колбасными изделиями, отварным или запеченным мясом, курицей, соленьями и квашеными овощами. Блюдо подается в горячем виде, а при остывании оно становится более густым.

Картофель — 5 Штук
Вода горячая — 500 Миллилитров
Молоко — 200 Миллилитров (любой жирности)
Масло сливочное — 40 Грамм
Соль — 3-4 Щепоток

Как приготовить «Картофельное пюре "Нежность"»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Очистите картофельные клубни и промойте их в воде. Желательно выбирать сорта картофеля со светлой сердцевиной, а не с розовой или желтой.
Картофельные клубни нарежьте небольшими ломтиками и высыпьте нарезку в кастрюлю или в казан.
Всыпьте соль. На этом этапе можно добавить лавровые листья, специи и пряности по вашему вкусу.
Влейте горячую воду и поместите емкость на плиту, включая максимальный нагрев. Удалите образовавшуюся пену, когда содержимое емкости закипит. Затем нагрев убавьте до умеренного и отварите пюре 15 минут.
Прогрейте молоко любой жирности в микроволновке или в ковше, наливать холодное молоко в горячий картофель нежелательно, иначе пюре приобретет сероватый цвет. Слейте всю жидкость из емкости с отварным картофелем и влейте горячее молоко. Проварите на умеренном нагреве еще 3-5 минут, следя за тем, чтобы молоко не убежало.
Помните отварной картофель специальным прессом для пюре и вмешайте в него кусочек качественного сливочного масла. Масло по желанию можно заранее растопить.
Выложите нежнейшее картофельное пюре в тарелки и подайте к столу горячим. Источник
