Муслин из картофеля — праздничное блюдо с мягким, нежным вкусом. Его можно подать в качестве гарнира с запеченным мясом или курицей, с колбасными изделиями или овощным салатом, соленьями, паштетами.
Описание приготовления:
Картофельный муслин получается воздушным, он просто тает во рту. Вам точно понравится такой способ приготовления пюре из картофеля. Единственный минус блюда — его нужно готовить чуть дольше обычного, но полученный вкус того стоит!

Картофель — 1 Килограмм
Яйцо куриное — 2 Штуки
Сыр — 50 Грамм (твердый)
Соль — 0,5 Чайных ложки
Масло сливочное — 20 Грамм
Лавровый лист — 2-3 Штук
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Картофельный муслин»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Картофель очистите от кожуры и промойте в воде. Если есть возможность, выбирайте сорта для варки, а не для запекания.
Очищенный и промытый картофель нарежьте ломтиками в кастрюлю или казан, всыпьте туда же соль и залейте горячую воду. Добавьте лавровые листья и отварите примерно 20-25 минут до мягкости.
Извлеките лавровые листья и отпюрируйте всю картофельную массу.
Разделите куриные яйца на белки и желтки. Белки взбейте в чаше кухонного комбайна в пышную пену или используйте миксер. Желтки вмешайте в картофельное пюре по одному. По желанию можно добавить немного сливочного масла, но немного, чтобы пюре не стало жидковатым.
Выложите пюре в чашу к взбитым белкам и аккуратно все перемешайте.
Смажьте форму для запекания сливочным или растительным маслом. Прогрейте духовку до 180 градусов. Выложите в форму картофельное пюре и присыпьте измельченным сыром. Можно использовать пармезан или твердый сыр любого сорта.
Запеките картофельный муслин примерно 20-30 минут до румяности. Если сыр быстро зарумянится, а блюдо еще не приготовится, то накройте емкость фольгой или пергаментной бумагой. Муслин должен увеличиться в объеме примерно в 1,5 раза, поэтому выбирайте емкость чуть больше, чем сама масса.
Готовое блюдо извлеките из духовки и подайте к столу горячим прямо в форме. Источник
