Шаг 1: Подготавливаем ингредиенты.

Картофель почистите и сварите, или сварите, а потом почистите. Остудите. Зелень и редис промойте, обсушите.
Нарежьте редиску и картошку кружочками. Зелень мелко накрошите.

Шаг 2: Готовим заправку.

В небольшую мисочку сложите все ингредиенты для приготовления заправки: горчицу, уксус, мед, воду и масло. Посолите, поперчите.

Перемешайте венчиком до однородности.

Шаг 3: Заправляем картофельный салат с редисом и черемшой.

Полейте заправкой все подготовленные ингредиенты и осторожно (чтобы картошка не развалилась) перемешайте.
Я не добавляю всю заправку сразу, но понемногу, чтобы не переборщить. Можно подать картошку с редисом и черемшой отдельно, а рядом поставить соусницу с заправкой, чтобы каждый налил столько, сколько ему нужно.

Шаг 4: Подаем картофельный салат с редисом и черемшой.
