Картофельный суп с фалафелем

Предлагаю вам попробовать картофельный суп с фалафелем. Я часто готовлю фалафель, но такое сочетание открыла для себя недавно. И получилось здорово!

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить картофельный суп с фалафелем. Вместо молока можно взять сливки, если хотите суп пожирнее. Нежный, сливочный суп-пюре из картофеля прекрасно дополняют хрустящие шарики из нута. Блюдо получается очень сытным и вкусным.

Ингредиенты:

Картофель — 450 Грамм
Лук — 1 Штука (1/2 шт — для супа, 1/2 шт — для фалафеля)
Мука — 2 Ст. ложки
Овощной бульон — 375 Миллилитров
Молоко — 375 Миллилитров
Соль — 1 Чайная ложка (1/2 ч.л. — для фалафеля, 1 ч.л. — для супа)
Черный перец — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Лимонный сок — 1 Ст. ложка
Нут — 100 Грамм
Петрушка — 1/2 Пучка (или кинза)
Чеснок — 1 Зубчик
Зира — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Кориандр — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Кунжут — 2 Чайных ложки
Масло растительное — 1 Стакан (для жарки фритюра)

Количество порций: 4

Как приготовить «Картофельный суп с фалафелем»

Подготовьте все ингредиенты.

Нут предварительно замочите на 6-8 часов. Затем промойте и обсушите.

Измельчите нут в мясорубке с репчатым луком, чесноком и петрушкой до однородной массы. Посолите, добавьте кунжут и все специи, хорошо перемешайте.

Скатайте из массы шарики среднего размера.

Обжарьте их во фритюре до коричневой корочки. После выложите на бумажные полотенца, чтобы впиталось лишнее масло.

Разогрейте в кастрюле с толстым дном масло. Нарежьте лук кубиками, обжарьте до золотистого цвета.

Добавьте муку, размешайте и готовьте еще 1-2 минуты.

Постепенно начните вливать овощной бульон, постоянно помешивая.

Затем добавьте нарезанный кубиками картофель.

Влейте молоко, посолите и поперчите. Доведите суп до кипения. Убавьте огонь и варите 15-20 минут, пока картофель не станет мягким. В конце добавьте лимонный сок.

Измельчите суп блендером до однородного пюре.

Налейте суп в миску, сверху выложите фалафель и мелко рубленую зелень. Приятного вам аппетита!
