Добавьте в сковороду мексиканскую смесь.
Влейте воду, чтобы она покрывала картошку наполовину. Доведите до кипения. Тушите картошку с овощами около 15-20 минут, чтобы вода почти вся выпарилась, а картошка стала мягкой.
