Кефирный суп с огурцом обладает приятным вкусом и легкой текстурой, а калорийность его минимальна. Блюдо идеально подходит для обеда и ужина, особенно в жаркие летние дни.

Описание приготовления:

К зелени укропа можно добавить зелень сельдерея, петрушки, кинзу. Подавать суп к столу нужно только свежеприготовленным, поэтому сделайте столько порций, сколько нужно на один прием пищи.

Подготовьте ингредиенты, приступим! Кефир должен быть охлажденным. Зелень и огурец ополосните под проточной холодной водой.

В тарелочку порежьте кубиками огурец, если кожура плотная — срежьте. Добавьте рубленый укроп.

Залейте кефиром.

Добавьте по щепотке соли и перца.

Перемешайте, суп готов. Подавайте свежеприготовленным.
