Кофейная пропитка для бисквита

Чтобы торт не получится тяжелым или сухим, плотные бисквиты рекомендуют пропитывать специальным сиропом. Делюсь рецептом кофейной пропитки для тортов.

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить кофейную пропитку для бисквита. Кофе рекомендую использовать зерновой свежемолотый, так пропитка получится ароматнее и вкуснее. Вместо коньяка можно взять ром. Бисквит сразу получается сочным, ароматным и вкусным. Готовится такая пропитка очень просто, но она ощутимо улучшает вкус готового торта!

Основной ингредиент:
Сахар
Блюдо:
Десерты / Сироп

Ингредиенты:

Вода — 200 Миллилитров
Сахар — 5 Ст. ложек
Ванильный экстракт — 1-2 Капель
Кофе — 3 Чайных ложки
Коньяк — 2 Ст. ложки

Подготовьте все ингредиенты.

В кастрюле вскипятите 100 мл. воды. Растворите в нем сахар. Добавьте ванильный экстракт. Проварите сироп 1-2 минуты.

Заварите крепкий эспрессо из 100 мл. воды и кофе. Остудите.

Соедините сироп, эспрессо и коньяк.
