Описание приготовления:
Попробуйте приготовить диетическую запеканку по этому рецепту на завтрак, обед или к ужину — польза будет всегда. Рецепт без муки, так как в ней много калорий, будем запекать овощи в яичной заливке. По сути, это овощи, запеченные в омлете. Вкусно, полезно и просто! Овощи смело можете комбинировать по своему вкусу. Простор для фантазии здесь большой.

Ингредиенты:
Капуста — 500 Грамм
Морковь — 1 Штука
Лук — 1 Штука
Кабачок — 1 Штука
Помидор — 1-2 Штук
Яйцо — 3 Штуки
Молоко — 150 Миллилитров
Растительное масло — 3 Ст. ложки (лучше оливковое)
Лук нарежьте кубиками, морковь натрите на терке. Потомите овощи на сковороде до мягкости.
Добавьте нашинкованную капусту и готовьте до тех пор, пока капуста не пустит сок и не уменьшится в размере.
Затем добавьте тертый на крупной терке кабачок, соль по вкусу, черный молотый перец и тушите овощи до испарения жидкости.
Яйца взбейте с молоком. Добавьте соль по вкусу.
Соедините овощи и яичную заливку. Перемешайте.
Форму для запекания смажьте маслом. Дно можно посыпать манкой. Выложите овощную смесь и разровняйте лопаткой. Сверху разложите нарезанные дольками помидоры. Запекайте в духовке при температуре 180 градусов около 20 минут или до тех пор, пока масса не схватится.
