Для этого рецепта вам потребуется мощный блендрер, от него будет зависеть насколько однородная консистенция получится и сколько по времени это займет. Вместо кокоса можно также приготовить урбеч из кокосовой стружки, но она не должна быть обезжирена. Урбеч можно использовать для приготовления десертов, добавлять в кашу или просто есть ложкой.
