Недавно открыла для себя отличный рецепт быстрой курочки. Вкус совершенно неописуемый. Маринад на основе горчицы, меда и апельсинового сока вы наверняка не пробовали. Интересно? Тогда смотрите!

Описание приготовления:

Используйте только натуральный свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок, соки из картонных упаковок слишком сладкие для мяса, там нет нужной кислинки. Жарьте на сильном огне с двух сторон, чтобы мясной сок закупорился внутри.

  • Сливки  — 2 Ст. ложки
  • Петрушка  — 1 Пучок
