кефир 150 мл
мука 100 г
растительное масло по вкусу

Основные ингредиенты
Кефир, Мука
Порционность
2 порции

Приготовление:

Кефир и муку перемешать. Должно получиться немного жидкое тесто.
Перелить тесто в кондитерский мешок.
В сотейнике разогреть растительное масло до 180°С.
Отрезать кончик у кондитерского мешка.
В сотейник выдавливать тесто небольшими горошинами по 1 см и отрезать ножницами.
Жарить до золотистого цвета.
Пончики перенести в тарелку с салфетками, чтобы стекло лишнее масло.
При подаче пончики обильно полить любимым сиропом или посыпать сахарной пудрой.
Мгновенные пончики готовы!
