Описание приготовления:
Сытная и сочная осенняя выпечка! Вкусно как в тёплом, так и в остывшем виде. Из указанного количества ингредиентов получается два пирога диаметром около 25 см. Любители тыквы будут в восторге, а мясоедам рекомендую добавить в начинку обжаренный фарш или куриную грудку, и вам тоже непременно понравится! Процесс приготовления вас не утомит, тесто готовится достаточно просто, а работать с ним одно удовольствие. В сезон обязательно попробуйте!
Назначение:
На полдник Основной ингредиент:
Овощи / Лук / Тыква / Молочные продукты / Сыр / Мука / Дрожжи Блюдо:
Выпечка / Пироги / Блюда с начинкой
Ингредиенты:
Мука — 400 Грамм
Вода — 200 Миллилитров
Дрожжи сухие — 1 Чайная ложка
Сахар — 1 Чайная ложка
Соль — 1/2 Чайных ложки (в тесто + в начинку по вкусу)
Сначала перемешайте всё ложкой, а затем продолжите замес руками.
Готовое тесто должно получиться достаточно упругое и эластичное. Соберите его в шар, смажьте растительным маслом, накройте миску полотенцем и оставьте в тёплом месте на 1-1,5 часа.
Тесто должно увеличиться почти в 2 раза.
Тыкву и сыр натрите на крупной тёрке, соедините, добавьте обжаренный лук, соль и молотый перец по вкусу. Перемешайте. Начинка готова.
Готовое тесто необходимо обмять и разделить на две части. Каждую часть раскатайте в форме круга, толщиной около 5-7 мм.
По центру выложите начинку.
Приподнимите края к верху и соберите формируя "мешочек".
Затем заготовку переверните и раскатайте скалкой до желаемой толщины, чем тоньше получится, тем лучше. Сделайте по центру отверстие для выхода пара и выпекайте в духовке при температуре 230 градусов около 15 минут.
Каждый готовый пирог с тыквой, сыром и луком смажьте кусочком сливочного масла и подавайте к столу. Приятного аппетита! Источник
