Хочу предложить вам рецепт салата из цветной капусты. Благодаря своему нейтральному вкусу она хорошо сочетается и с зеленью, и с бобовыми, и с другими овощами.
Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить салат из цветной капусты. Для этого рецепта лучше брать свежую цветную капусту, замороженная сильно уступает по вкусу. Консервированный нут можно заменить на фасоль, а каперсы на маслины или оливки.

Для соуса смешайте оливковое масло с красным винным уксусом и лимонным соком. Добавьте соль, чили и черный молотый перец по вкусу.
Капусту разделите на небольшие соцветия. Отварите в кипящей воде 1-2 минуты.
Добавьте цветную капусту в миску с заправкой, перемешайте и дайте остыть.
В это время нарежьте болгарские перцы тонкой соломкой. Петрушку, чеснок и красный лук мелко порубите ножом.
Переложите подготовленные овощи в миску с цветной капустой. Добавьте каперсы и консервированный нут, перемешайте салат. При необходимости добавьте еще соли и перца.
