Салат "Морские камешки" полностью соответствует своему названию, потому что фасоль двух цветов действительно напоминает гальку. Крабовые палочки продолжают морскую тематику в этом салате.
Описание приготовления:
Если вам уже не хочется есть "Оливье", "Селедку под шубой" и Мимозу", самое время приготовить что-то новое и не избитое. Предлагаю салат "Морские камешки". Он подойдет тем, кто любит бобовые. В этом блюде именно фасоль добавляет бархатистость и придает сытость. Зеленый лук даст свежесть и небольшую остроту, яйца бархатистость, а крабовые палочки свой пикантный вкус. Готовится салат очень быстро. Соль можно не добавлять, так как сыр, консервированная фасоль, майонез и крабовые палочки её уже содержат.

Фасоль консервированная белая — 150 Грамм
Фасоль консервированная красная — 150 Грамм
Сыр твердый — 70 Грамм
Яйцо куриное — 2 Штуки
Крабовые палочки — 100 Грамм
Лук зеленый — 50 Грамм
Помидор — 1-2 Штук
Соль — По вкусу
Майонез — 2-3 Ст. ложек
Количество порций: 3
Как приготовить «Салат "Морские камешки"»
Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления салата.
Достаньте консервированную фасоль из банки и промойте холодной кипяченой водой. Выложите в салатник.
Любой твердый сыр, у меня "Российский", нарежьте небольшими кубиками и добавьте в салат.
Крабовые палочки нарежьте такими же кубиками, как сыр.
Добавьте нарезанный зеленый лук и яйца, сваренные вкрутую. Заправьте салат небольшим количеством майонеза и если вам нужно, то посолите. Можно немного поперчить.
Перемешайте все ингредиенты салата.
