Соленое сало со специями

Соленое сало со специями получается очень нежным, ароматным и вкусным. Подать его можно в качестве закуски под "беленькую" или же к красному борщу. Обязательно попробуйте приготовить такое сало!

Описание приготовления:

Для приготовления соленого сала лучше купить кусок с мясной прослойкой. Чеснок можно не использовать в данном рецепте. Специи лучше использовать специальные для засолки сала.

Мясо / Субпродукты / Сало / Специи, пряности, приправы

Ингредиенты:

Сало — 250 Грамм
Соль — 1-1,5 Ст. ложки
Специи для сала — 1,5-2 Ст. ложки
Перец молотый черный — 1 Чайная ложка
Чеснок — 2-3 Зубчиков

Подготовьте ингредиенты.

Со всех сторон хорошо натрите сало солью и молотым черным перцем.

Затем хорошо натрите сало специями.

Пропустите через пресс очищенный чеснок. Хорошо натрите им сало со всех сторон.

Заверните сало в пищевую пленку. Оставьте его на сутки при комнатной температуре. После положите его в холодильник еще на 2-3 суток.
