Подробнее, как приготовить свекольные хлебцы, я расскажу ниже. Специи можно подобрать на свой вкус. Соль добавляется опционально, ее можно заменить на сушеный сельдерей или измельченные морские водоросли. Если используете пергамент для выпечки, то он обязательно должен быть с силиконовым покрытием, иначе хлебцы прилипнут.
Семена льна залейте водой так, чтобы она покрывала их выше на 2 см. Оставьте на ночь. За это время вода должна полностью впитаться, лишнюю жидкость необходимо будет слить.
Свеклу натрите на мелкой терке. Можно использовать свекольный жмых от свежевыжатого сока.
Соедините свеклу и льняные семечки, добавьте семена подсолнечника, отруби и все специи. Перемешайте.
Выложите на силиконовый коврик или пергамент для выпечки получившуюся массу слоем 2-3 мм. Можно сделать единый пласт и разрезать его на прямоугольники, а можно сделать круглые хлебцы с помощью кондитерского кольца. Отправьте хлебцы сушиться в духовке при температуре 100 градусов на 6-8 часов.
