Очистите от семян и измельчите перец чили. Нарежьте зеленый лук, измельчите веточки кинзы.

Обмажьте свинину пастой мисо. Обжарьте со всех сторон на разогретой сковороде с маслом. Добавьте чили, влейте бульон, уксус, соевый соус, накройте крышкой, тушите около 10-15 минут. Выложите мясо на теплое блюдо, накройте фольгой. Соус также держите теплым.

Разберите капусту на листья, вымойте, порвите руками. Залейте горячей водой на 10 минут для размягчения. Откиньте на дуршлаг.

Сварите лапшу по инструкции на упаковке. Разделите на 4 порции и выложите в глубокие миски. Нарежьте свинину на тонкие ломтики, добавьте к лапше, накройте кусочками капусты, полейте теплым соусом со сковороды. Украсьте зеленым луком и кинзой.
