Ингредиенты

  1. Индейка (филе грудки или бедра) 500 гр.
  2. Тыква 500 гр.
  3. Чеснок 5 зубчиков
  4. Масло подсолнечное 3 ст.л.
  5. Масло сливочное 50 гр.
  6. Соль по вкусу по вкусу
  7. Приправа «Итальянские травы» по вкусу по вкусу

    Индейка

Приготовление:


1. Филе индейки (у меня филе бедра, можно грудку), порезать на кусочки. Посолить по вкусу.
2. Обжарить индейку на сковороде на подсолнечном масле.
3. Тыкву нарезать кубиками, выложить в блюдо для запекания.
4. Сверху выложить сливочное масло (нарезать маленькими кубиками) и чеснок.
Посолить и присыпать приправой по вкусу ( у меня Итальянские травы).
5. Поверх тыквы выложить индейку, присыпать приправой.
6. Блюдо накрыть фольгой для запекания, закрепить её по краям.
7. Поместить в разогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 30 минут.
