Это настоящая армянская закуска, которая сочетает в себе приятные нотки ароматного чеснока и укропа. У нас закуска улетает сразу, но иногда я все же успеваю закатать пару баночек впрок, а вот зимой, турша просто идет на ура, с любым мясом, кашами и рыбой. Просто и быстро, я такие рецепты обожаю!

Стручковая фасоль — 500 Грамм
Сухая аджика — 0,5 Чайных ложки
Вода — 750 Миллилитров
Соль — 0,5 Ст. ложки
Укроп — 15 Грамм

Как приготовить «Турша из фасоли»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Фасоль переберите, просмотрите, чтобы она была свежая и без порченых мест. Вымойте фасоль и просушите.
Нарежьте фасоль небольшими кусочками, концы с обеих сторон срежьте и удалите.
Воду доведите до кипения. Проварите фасоль в кипящей воде три минуты.
Спустя время фасоль удалите, добавьте в кастрюлю измельченный укроп и нарезанный чеснок. Всыпьте соль. Фасоль просто достаньте шумовкой и на время оставьте в стороне.
Также добавьте аджику, все перемешайте и немного остудите, после верните фасоль снова в кастрюлю.
Накройте кастрюлю, лучше небольшой тарелкой, чтобы фасоль получилась слегка под прессом. Уберите фасоль в холод на 2 дня.
Спустя время фасоль переложите по стерильным банкам.
Закатайте банки стерильными крышками и поставьте в кладовку на хранение.
