Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить варенье из дынных корок. Вместо лимонной кислоты можно добавить сок лайма. Дыню лучше выбрать с толстой корочкой. Варенье из дынных корок отлично подойдет для чаепития.

Дынные корки — 500 Грамм
Сахар — 400 Грамм
Сода — 1 Чайная ложка
Лимонная кислота — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Вода — 150 Миллилитров
Ванильный экстракт — 1 Чайная ложка
Количество порций: 4-5
Как приготовить «Варенье из дынных корок»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Тщательно помойте дыню. Срежьте наружную часть грубой кожицы и мякоть.
Нарежьте корки кубиками среднего размера. Я для этого использую нож для волнистой нарезки.
Разведите соду в 1 литре воды. Выложите туда подготовленные корки и вымачивайте 2-3 часа. Слейте воду и хорошо промойте корки.
Насыпьте в кастрюлю сахар и влейте воду. Доведите до кипения и проварите, пока сахар полностью не растворится.
Добавьте в сахарный сироп дынные корки. Доведите до кипения снова. Добавьте ванильный экстракт и лимонную кислоту. Убавьте огонь на средне-низкий, проварите 15 минут. Пенку снимайте ложкой. Затем снимите с плиты и оставьте так до полного остывания.
Снова доведите до кипения. Варите варенье на медленном огне, пока не выкипит большая часть жидкости.
Переложите варенье в чистую стерилизованную баночку.
